| Welcome! |
| In an era of increasing emphasis on inter-municipal agreements and regional cooperation, some regions and counties have adopted a workable, regional approach to the Main Street effort. These regions are emplying Regional Main Street Coordinators to help individual communities get into the Main Street program, support them from a distance during the funding cycle, and help sustain the local effort once the community exits the DCED program.

| What is Revitalization? NDRP is a volunteer organization committed to removing abandoned and blighted buildings in our downtowns and replacing them with 21st century businesses including tourism, education, and technology. |
| Mission: The mission of the Northern Dauphin Revitalization Project is to focus on regional tourism; the restoration of the region to it's historical grandeur; and to provide a flourishing area for residents and tourists. Specifically, revitalization identifies abandoned and blighted properties in the downtowns of Halifax, Millersburg, Elizabethville, Gratz, Lykens, Williamstown, and Tower City and seeks to replace them with productive, new businesses focused on tourism, technology, or education. |
